Merry Christmas

We have had an exciting Christmas week. For Christmas Eve we had dinner with friends and family, while all the adults enjoyed catching up Joseph's highlight of the evening was sliding down the stairs and waiting to come home so he could go to sleep and Santa would come.

For the first time since Ben and I have been married I actually slept on Christmas Eve, not for very long mind you but a little while. On Christmas morning I went and woke up Joseph, yeah I was up before my 3yr old and then we all opened our presents.

Joseph has such a good time, but once he opened the ones he really wanted it took some coaxing to get him to open the rest.

Joseph and his new Plasma Car.
Uncle Collin and Joseph reading some new books
Joseph and Daddy playing with Joseph's new tools.
Joseph playing with his trains. This was his favorite present.
Mama sporting her new apron, that she got from the sweetest little girls. Luv ya Savannah and Lucy
Joseph enjoying his books from Great Grandpa and Great Aunt Elaine and Mary
Daddy enjoying his new camo pj's

Our little reindeer

We hope that our friends and family all had a very Merry Christmas and we wish you all the very best. We miss you and love you all.

I am delighted to see that little Joseph is a devoted and well-supplied Thomas the Train aficionado. The train that runs around your tree, though, looks like it might be one of those big German LGB trains! (Lehmann Gross Bahn.) Is that possible? The real ones can go outside through the rain and snow and come back through the house and act like it's all nothing. Of course, they're priced accordingly. I hope you had a very Merry Christmas and I wish you all the best in all you do.
