Littleton Farm and Museum

Yesterday I had the privilege of going with Joseph and his class on their field trip to the Littleton Farm and Museum. It was a little funny going for a field trip since I used to take Joseph here for playgroup, but this time he took a little more time to look at things and listen since he was with his friends. The kids had a wonderful time exploring all the buildings and watching the blacksmith. The blacksmith let all the kids check the metal he was working on to see if it was hot and then he gave them coal to take back to school and see what was inside. It was a little windy and chilly but at least it wasn't snowing. I am so grateful that I am able to do these fun things with Joseph.

Watching the Blacksmith making a nail.

Watching for fish and naming the ducks. They wanted to take them home.

Joseph and classmates gobbling at the Turkeys.

Emily and Joseph trying very hard to see what was making noise, but they never found out.

Joseph and friends getting out some excess energy. I lost track of how many times they ran through this maze.
