I have to admit, when I first saw the title of your post, I thought you were going to tell us that he asked where baby's come from!
When I was little and asked a question, Gran would have me "look it up." I guess now days we would "google" it. You and Joseph might be spending lots of time online together with questions like that. Love you!
How funny! We have the same cute blog skin. :) When Joseph gets older you can just tell him that "wet" is just the word that we humans have come up with to describe the molecular combination H2O when it is in a liquid state. ;) Love ya!

Good question...since I'm sure the answer involves chemistry (temperature, molecules, etc.), I'd say, "It just is."
