This year for Joseph's 100th day of school he made a poster out of Popsicle sticks. He sure had one upset tummy after eating all those Popsicles, just kidding he only actually ate one. At school they did all kinds of fun activities that had to do with the number 100. This is one of Joseph's favorite days every year.  |

This year I was trying to find new things for us to do as a family and we happened to have a free weekend so we headed up to the Ice Festival. It was really cool seeing all the amazing things people carve out of ice. I can't even imagine how long it takes them, because you have to be so exact with all your cuts. We had a great time and I think we will go again next year just to a different location. Cripple Creek is not the most kid friendly place when you need a bathroom and the only places open are casinos, but it was still a fun day and the drive was beautiful.  |
