So this was the first year we carved a pumpkin with Joseph and he loved it. The whole time he kept telling daddy how awesome it was and that it was a silly pumpkin.
Hmmm.... what should we carve for the face?

You officially have the cutest son ever! Joseph obviously doesn't have the same qualms as Linus about "killing" the pumpkin. I just wish he could be here to help me with mine. I plan on doing three this year!
Joseph must be the cutest thing on two feet! Johanna reminded me this morning of the portrait that struck me so forcefully the other night. The thing with the knives raised. What a great dad Ben clearly is! What an adorable face his son has! And what a fine photographer Lynsey is!
