A few of my favorite things in Utah

This past weekend Joseph and I were able to take a quick trip over to Utah and spend some time with family and do lots of fun things. A few of the favorites were:

1. FAMILY

3. Lunch at Pace's. It's tradition to eat there every time we visit.

Mr. Joseph came along James and Aimee let us have lots of practice with their little ones and we loved every minute of it. Now we love getting to watch Joseph play with all of his wonderful cousins.

SNAKE !!!!

So this morning I got quite the surprise. Joseph came running into my room screaming that there was a snake in his room and that he had touched it. I briefly looked in his room and then ran up the stairs looking for Ben, thankfully he was home today. After quite some time of looking for the "snake" Ben and Joseph found this millipede and this was what Joseph had called the snake. I can't tell you how relieved I was that it wasn't a real one. So here are some pics of Joseph's "snake" in all it's glory.

I'm a Big Kid Now!

On Saturday Joseph turned 4 and we had a small celebration for him. He picked a transformer theme which was cool, but made me laugh because he has never seen the cartoons, movie, etc... so I don't know where the idea came from but he had fun. I can't believe how quickly the time has passed it feels like only yesterday we were bringing him home. The top 4 reasons I love Joseph:

1. He has the biggest heart.

2. He makes me laugh

3. He is smart as a whip, which can come back to bite me sometimes. :)

4. He sings to me
